A family repatriating has different needs than when they left — shaped by where their child has been, what they've experienced, and what they're returning to. I serve as a liaison between the family and the schools — facilitating the conversations that lead to the placement where the child can transition with the most ease, whether the return is well planned or an unexpected end to an assignment.
